So as mentioned in #864784648575254558 I am having trouble setting up globals.yaml. The first time I tried, I was trying to set a common path in the catalog where many datasets were defined. I was researching here and I think I have forgotten the step of implementing the hooks. I will add the project hooks and see if it solves the issue.
