@here We have worked on this for so long, but it's finally happened! Kedro has been donated to the Linux Foundation! We specifically joined a sub-organisation within the Linux Foundation called LF AI & Data, which is also home to Feast and Amundsen. This change signifies that we're pursuing industry-wide adoption. Some have raised challenges with clients rejecting Kedro because there was a singular dependency on QuantumBlack and McKinsey, which is no longer valid. You will also see an open governance model being phased in.
